Because of its unique relationship with SGA Architecture, along with other leading residential architects in South Carolina, Paragon has the ability to seamlessly merge the design process with construction to enhance quality, achieve simplicity, and assure accountability.

Paragon's building services are managed by a craftsman/builder with more than 40 years of experience, who combines old world craftsmanship with an efficient and cost effective approach to building in the Lowcountry. Our understanding of design and building bring together unique expertise in process, and an ability to deliver homes of beauty, durability and timelessness.

Who We Are

Paragon is an award winning, independent custom construction subsidiary of the SGA Group, specializing in the construction and renovation of homes, multi-family residences and commercial facilities. Since 1997, the firm has successfully completed projects throughout the South Carolina Low Country in style and cost.
